MMA grappling: no grip groundwork

http://www.mma121.com | Here's a great drill that will tighten up your grappling game so that you become less reliant on hand grips and control. In this drill you start from your knees and grapple in a free form manner including submssions and striking if you wish but throughout the drill you are not allowed to use any form of control that requires the hands to be closed into a grip. It's a difficult drill that takes a while to get used to but it will vastly improve your overall ground control whether you are doing MMA, wrestling or BJJ.
